Property and Land Investment is a privately owned and run company. The focus of the company is to introduce clients to property and land investment opportunities that we believe to be potentially profitable as a medium to long term investment.
Experienced investors with property portfolios and clients that are new to the industry are welcomed to take advantage of our experience.

The aim of the company is to ‘realise and prove’ honest investment deals with the full support of qualified, knowledgeable team members.

Proprietor Chris Hyde has built a portfolio over the past six years (both UK and overseas) and has recently resigned from a senior role within an international property & land development company.
Chris’s experience, extensive travelling and excellent developer relationships will now enable him to advise and link clients together without the aid of agents and ‘middle men’.
We have excellent working relationships with experienced property finders and will only ever use reputable developers/building companies.

The business plan of the Company includes ISO 9001 accreditation, membership of the European Estate Agents Union and ultimately FSA accreditation.

Although based in the North West of England, Property and Land Investment has satellite offices in Reading, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Spain and Portugal.

Property and Land Investment is not a property hypermarket and will never promote or market either a land deal or property investment unless personally visited by a team member and a high level of due diligence has been performed.

We offer a full ‘turn key’ service - from sourcing premiere locations and outstanding properties to presenting lucrative investment deals in both emerging and developed markets.  We provide an infrastructure and level of professionalism that is welcomed in the international property market (a sector still relatively young and rapidly developing)."
